THE IMPORTANCE OF PACKING YOUR FOOD

Planning for office, school, and other away-from-home meals will allow you to succeed on the keto diet. For many of us, the meals we eat away from home are the ones where we are most likely to make bad choices. Set yourself up for keto success by making your own away-from-home meals. Here are some suggestions.
Stock up on one-cup (8-ounce), single-serve, freezer-safe food containers (get at least seven).
Purchase a heat-insulated container, such as a Thermos. (I like the 12-ounce and 16-ounce sizes). I also recommend buying a sealable drink cup.
Collect a few mini containers for sauce and condiments. This is especially important if you are one of those folks who resists homemade food because you think it “tastes boring.” Bringing a few condiments along can mean the difference between eating homemade food, and spending large amounts of money on expensive take-out.
